Biotin Pills AGAINNNN

I know you're probably wondering why am I writing about them again. I actually never stop taking them. I honestly believe they do nothing at all for my hair, but for my nails they truly work miracles. I wear acrylic nails a lot, and these pills have saved them in a matter of days / weeks. Due to wearing fake nails my nails became really weak. My nails were so weak to the point where I could bend them and if I were to hit them I would be in so much pain. So I decided to buy another bottle of biotin. This time I tried Spring Valley brand Biotin in 5,000 mcg, I purchased them from Wal-Mart for about $5/6. They are really cheap and they do their job as far as my nails. It took about a two weeks for my nails to get back strong and begin to really grow out . I still have dents on my nails from the acrylics. As far as skin I really do not have a skin problem so they haven't really changed anything for me, but everyone is different. Most people use Biotin pills for hair growth but I have something better . In the next few days I will start my hair journey with ManeChoice hair pills which are very similar to Hairfinity. I will document my weekly hair growth and will definitely tell you if it worked for me with before and after pictures.
