Mane Choice Hair Pills: Week 1

 

       So far I haven't really had any problems when it came to the hair pills. The first two days I had really bad headaches, but I assume it was from taking hair pills and finishing off my bottle of biotin. Those two together are really strong simply because together its about 10,000 mg of biotin. After I noticed that it was from such a large amount of biotin I stop taking them. Other than that nothing so far as negative side effects has really happened to me. I haven't noticed any breakouts, I do drink about 2-5 bottles of water a day aside from other drinks. I believe the more water you drink the more it will help.

 

   Another problem some may see with the pills are they are huge. I'm use to taking pills so that really do not bother me, but they are large. I take them at the same time in the morning, its suggested to take two a day. Many people have said they take one and it has the same effect on them, also their body responds better to one than two. When you first open the bottle you will also notice it has a weird smell. To me its more of a fish oil and some other mixture smell, its not bad to the point it makes you nauseous but it does smell funny. Other than that the pills are easy and self explanatory on how to use them. REMEMBER TO DRINK LOTS OF WATER WITH HAIR PILLS.
